Such a beautiful time of the year in downtown Cincinnati. :)  Several of us went ice skating at Fountain Square Friday night and froze ourselves out I'm sure!!!  (at least some of us. lol)  It was so incredibly busy that we probably waited an hour to get to the tent where we paid and got our skates and then probably another 30 min. cause the zambonie got on the ice to smooth it out.  I will say  though that it was worth it!! :)

I absolutely LOVE this time of the year when we have to plan the BIG Christmas production here at GBS!  They are expecting 2,000 people over the whole weekend.  Hopefully it will be a huge success and that someone will get help spiritually through the acting and songs.  If you would like more information about the production or the tickets, go to gbs.edu

Walk-A-Thon 2010!

Dear blogger readers,
This year my school is putting on a Walk-A-Thon so we can raise money to help with expenses for our school.  What happens is we ask people to donate some money for this event.  They can donate a $1 per lap or whatever amount of money they would like to give.  Once we get some money raised, we take a day off of school and go to a park where we walk 20 laps and enjoy a picnic of food, fellowship, and fun.  I would be greatful if someone would like to support me this year. :)  It's going to a great cause for a school by the name of Aldersgate Christian Academy. :)  It would be greatly appreciated! :)  Thanks!  Take care and God Bless.

Senior life!

I've been in school as a Senior now for two weeks!!  It's really nice to be a Senior even though you have your rough times.  Our class is now one person bigger so that makes nine of us!  Our hoodies are going to be amazing!  The class colors are black, silver, and purple.  My classes are English 4, Bible 4 along with chapel, Economics 1st semester, Marriage and Family next semester, Health, and Chemistry.  Today we did a lab in Chemistry and turned out quite interesting.  Last year I disected a cat in Anatomy so the lab was far better!  Well...I want to say congratulations to all the 2011 high school Seniors out there!  It's an awesome life!

Graduation 2010!

Graduation was held here at GBS on May 15, 2010. Hope you enjoyed these pics. Thankfully next year it will be me! :)

School is almost out! May the 25th after my last exam, I'm officially a Senior! :) Right now here at school, campmeeting is going on with several preachers. Some of them are Bro. Pierpoint and Bro. Mark Sankey. Camp has been going awesome so far.
Tomorrow morning is graduation. Some of my friends are turning their tassels and leaving their high school name behind. :( Hopefully I'll be able to be with them sometime in the future. Anyways, have a great day!

Such a busy life

The week is almost over! *sigh of relief* In a way it's not that exciting. In the midst of all the homework, there are moments to enjoy. Yesterday was my momma's birthday! :) She deserved one of the best celebrations you could give her. We went out to eat for supper at the Cheesecake Factory in Kenwood. It was delicious! I got a gigantic cheeseburger along with some awesome fries! They also had one of the most amazing burritos! It was literally probably a foot long of longer. Tonight is a concert/recital going on at school. Our band director (Mr. David Hartkoph) put together an awesome band/orchestra. He combined the Intermediate Band, the High School Band, and the Collage Band on a piece that's awesome! It's going to be so cool. Tomorrow we're having a choir grill out party. That's exciting as well. Then of course life goes on after all of that and doesn't slow down much for a little while. The Seniors at my school only have one day left. :( I'm going to miss them being around. As for us Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshmen have to go to school till the 25th of May.
